- Standard size classes (XS–XL)
- Weekly billing with auto-pay
- POD and exception reporting
We don't
- Ad-hoc negotiation on rates
- One-off courier runs outside the system
- Custom contracts outside our tiers (for Tier 1–2)
How exceptions are handled
We use exception codes, not chaos. Every delivery attempt is tracked; exceptions (e.g. no access, recipient unavailable) are logged with a code. You get clear reporting and we don't hide variance—we surface it so you can see what happened and why pricing or reattempts apply.
