Driver Partner Terms and Conditions

These Driver Partner Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a driver partner in the Porterchain delivery network. By signing up, using the driver app or platform, or performing deliveries through Porterchain, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

You must meet our eligibility requirements (including age, legal right to work, valid licence where applicable, and vehicle and insurance requirements as communicated to you). You act as an independent contractor in connection with delivery services performed through Porterchain, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment or agency relationship between you and Porterchain.

You agree to perform deliveries safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable laws and our policies. You will treat customers, merchants, and the public with respect; follow delivery and routing instructions; and maintain the condition and security of goods in your care. You must comply with our Zero Tolerance Policy and any other conduct or safety policies we provide.

Compensation for deliveries is as agreed or as set out in the driver partner materials or platform. Payment terms and methods will be communicated to you. You are responsible for your own taxes and any costs related to your vehicle, fuel, and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

You must maintain any insurance we require (e.g. auto, cargo) and provide proof when requested. You are responsible for your own liability arising from your conduct or use of your vehicle except where we have agreed in writing to different arrangements.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the driver platform and your participation as a driver partner for breach of these Terms, failure to meet our standards, safety or conduct concerns, or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop participating at any time in accordance with any notice or procedural requirements we communicate.
