By creating an account on Porterchain, you agree to receive:

You may opt-out of marketing messages by:

By using our Service, you represent that you have obtained any necessary consent from your customers or recipients to send delivery notifications via SMS or email.

If you purchase services through Porterchain ("Purchase"), you may be required to provide:

• Contact details
• Other relevant information

You represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The information supplied is accurate and complete

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to share this information with those providers to process the transaction.

• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

Porterchain may offer services under subscription or usage-based pricing. We reserve the right to modify fees at any time.

If subscription fees change:

Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Unless required by law, payments and subscription fees are non-refundable.

You are responsible for any content you provide.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content to Porterchain you grant us a license to use, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In violation of any law
• To harm minors
• To send spam or unsolicited communications
• To impersonate another person or company
• To conduct fraudulent activities
• To interfere with platform operations

You also agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Scrape or copy platform content
• Interfere with other users' experience

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination.

We may use third-party analytics providers to understand platform usage. Examples include:

The Service is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

If you submit feedback such as feature suggestions, improvement ideas, or bug reports, you grant Porterchain a perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose.

Our Service may contain links to external websites. Porterchain does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or services offered by third parties.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Porterchain makes no warranties regarding:

• Reliability
• Accuracy
• Availability
• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porterchain shall not be liable for:
