Porterchain Zero Tolerance Policy

This policy is important for driver safety, merchant behaviour, and customer conduct, and is commonly used by logistics companies like Uber, Trexity, DoorDash, and GoBolt.
At Porterchain Inc., we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone using our platform. This includes merchants, customers, couriers, and Porterchain staff.
We enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy toward harassment, discrimination, threats, or unsafe behavior.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Porterchain platform.
Respectful Conduct
All users of the Porterchain platform must treat others with courtesy, professionalism, and respect at all times.
This includes interactions between:
- Merchants and couriers
- Customers and couriers
- Merchants and Porterchain support staff
- Customers and Porterchain support staff
Abusive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
Harassment and Abuse
Porterchain has zero tolerance for harassment or abusive conduct.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Verbal abuse
- Threatening language
- Intimidation
- Offensive or discriminatory remarks
- Harassing messages or phone calls
- Sexual harassment
- Physical aggression
Any such behavior may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Discrimination
Porterchain strictly prohibits discrimination based on:
- race
- ethnicity
- nationality
- religion
- gender
- sexual orientation
- disability
- age
All users must comply with applicable human rights and anti-discrimination laws.
Violence and Threats
Any act of violence or threats of violence is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
- threatening a courier
- threatening a merchant or customer
- aggressive physical behavior
- intimidation at pickup or drop-off locations
- suspend accounts immediately
- report incidents to local authorities where necessary
If such incidents occur, Porterchain may:
Unsafe Pickup or Delivery Environments
Merchants and customers must ensure that pickup and drop-off locations are safe and accessible for couriers.
Porterchain couriers are permitted to cancel a pickup or delivery if they feel:
- unsafe
- threatened
- exposed to hazardous conditions
- unsafe buildings
- aggressive individuals
- dangerous environments
- illegal activity occurring at the location
Examples include:
Alcohol, Drugs, and Impairment
Users must not interact with Porterchain couriers or staff while intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving in a manner that compromises safety.
Courier safety is a top priority.
Consequences of Violations
If Porterchain determines that a user has violated this Zero Tolerance Policy, we may take actions including:
- issuing warnings
- suspending accounts
- terminating accounts permanently
- cancelling deliveries
- reporting incidents to law enforcement if necessary
These actions may be taken without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Reporting Safety Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately.
All reports are reviewed and investigated by the Porterchain team.
